Pricing Breakdown

• Founders & Sellers
  List your business for sale or investment
  VestVet connects you with partners, co-founders, and investors
  Join or start a business with others
  Get visibility on a veteran-powered platform
  Success fee paid by the buyer if your business is sold through VestVet
  -3% up to 1 million
  -2% between 1 million and 5 million
  -1% for sales above 5 million

  VestVet connects you with founders or deal teams
  ‍If you fund a business, VestVet Receives:
           $750 for deals under $100K
           $1,500 for deals $100K - $500K
           $2,500 for deals $500K and up
• Note: VestVet does not facilitate or broker business sales or investment deals. However, if a buyer, investor, or partner connects with a seller or founder through the VestVet platform or its network and a transaction is completed, applicable success fees still apply — even if the final deal occurs off-platform.
